I’ve been doing athletic workouts for the past 4-5 years. If you're interested in training like me, SAMSON JUMPS is designed by me to replicate how I’ve gotten results.
It’s an 8-week in-season program with 2-3 workouts per week that you complete in addition to your volleyball trainings and games. Focusing on building full body strength in addition to enhancing your vertical.
Every exercise incluses a video showing how it’s done.
The reason I do weights and plyometrics is for the purpose of becoming a better volleyball player. If you want bodybuilding, I'm not your guy. Train like an athlete.
